10 Reasons Why You Need God

You need God.

God is the substance of all existence. Col. 1:16-17.

You were created, not necessarily by a biological aggregation, but by a divine preparation.

Before you were physically formed, you had already been created since the beginning of time. The same goes for your offspring. So no man should go about feeling that he or she was a mistake.

“A car will feel useless if the owner misuses it and if it does not have any information from its creator why it was made and what it’s to do.”

The high time you understand that, the better things will be for you.

You were created and given a self will.
God the Father had to step down and give you the choice of whichever way you wish to follow. however, God’s plan is the best!

Can you say to yourself “God’s plan is the best”.

Jeremiah 29:11
NIV:For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Many people think they know all, that’s why majority of the world is in and below average means.

When you follow your plan, you don’t know the end, and you may not be able to tackle your upcoming obstacles alone.

You need God.

Why do you need God?

  1. God knows all things. Ecclesiastes 1:9-10.

There’s no thought you can imagine that God doesn’t know about. There’s no action or incidence that is new to him. Been those preconceived against you, He knows them. If that is so, why not rely upon His Omniscience to guide you in all your affairs?
  2. God sees the future things that will surely come to pass, and we don’t.

The Bible records of things that happened, are happening and will happen generations before they physically existed. Why is that so? Because God knows the end(s) before the beginning. Not even in your situations.
  3. God is sovereign and can overpower every challenge in our way. Genesis 14:4.

Situations in this life are most times those that catch men unawares.

  1. Your strength WILL fail you.

If you’ve ever been addicted you will relate to this more.  Do you realize how almost impossible it was for you to overcome that addiction?

When you say I will not do it ever again, and nighttime comes when you’re all alone and boom! You do it.

Some challenges you will face are not physical. And you can’t use physical to defeat divine. Never!

A small witch can overpower a man of he tries using his strength to fight.

  1. God’s ways are wise.

We are aware that even the foolishness of God is wiser than the wisdom of men, and most times what plans God gives us look foolish. God says you will become a pastor, you say ‘me? So that I will be broke and poor like other pastors I’ve seen.’

God says stay in your country, you say “whoever is telling you this is wicked. You might even start rebuking if possible”

  1. When you follow God’s way and will with total obedience and humility You provoke a blessing and more likely, a covenant!

We are aware of the familiar story of Abram and Isaac. Genesis 22:1-19

God does some things to test your faith in Him. Total obedience provokes God to move for you in places that you didn’t merit sometimes. It pleases God so much when we are obedient to Him. 1 Samuel 14:22.

  1. Man will fail you!

There’s so little to what man can do for you in assistance. The system we find ourselves in is one where every one watches over only their head(s).

If God doesn’t help you, men will promise  tomorrow and do little to fulfill it.

  1. When you follow God’s will, angels are there to guard you against danger and death, but when you follow your own way, you are all alone.

Biblical example, we have the man Jonah who disobeyed God’s commands. He almost died in the belly of the fish. But when He decided to obey, his life was spared even in the land of Nineveh—a land of big trouble then.

There are times when God says don’t do this and we do things or of disobedience, the outcome becomes tragic some times.

God says don’t go out, you say but Man U is playing and I can never miss. Imagine you misplace you phone and wallet

  1. Because God is everywhere!

He is omnipresent, and that means you are not alone. You need to acknowledge His presence everywhere every time for you to get His divine guidance.
  2. Because He is all you need.

There has been an illusion of within humans that you need connections the most in this life. In so doing we depend on our own intellects, it has led to destruction.

Do not be wise in your own eyes, God is a Master in what He does. Use the Master’s plan.
